Platform

Cannot Log In

·       Double-check credentials.

·       Ensure account is registered and activated.

·       Confirm internet connectivity and correct server URL.

·       Try a different network or device.

Terminal/Player Not Appearing Online

·       Verify terminal account and group setup.

·       Check player’s internet connection.

·       Use LEDVISION to publish the program.

·       Ensure correct server address in player settings.

Failure to Publish Content Remotely

·       Confirm player is online and connected.

·       Use supported media formats.

·       Retry after checking network stability.

Monitoring/Control Not Working

·       Check firewall settings.

·       Update firmware.

·       Ensure sufficient user permissions.

Terminal Group Management Issues

·       Only child groups can be deleted.

·       Reassign terminals before deleting groups.

Players

Player Not Connecting to Cloud

·       Check physical network connections and IP address.
