Advanced NovaStar Configuration Troubleshooting

Screen Mapping

·       Use ‘Enable Mapping’ in NovaLCT to identify tile order and wiring.

Resetting Devices

·       For unknown account binding, perform a hardware reset and reconfigure via NovaLCT.

Alignment Issues

·       After reset, verify screen configuration and mapping in software.

Software Compatibility Issues

·       Update to the latest version for Windows 10/11 compatibility.

Receiving Card Configuration Problems

·       Use “Screen Config” in NovaLCT to resend configuration.

·       Reseat receiver cards and verify indicator lights.

Firmware Update Problems

·       Use cloud or local update features to match and update firmware.

·       Ensure settings and firmware are properly matched.

Communication/Detection Failures

·       Restart software and computer.

·       Try different USB ports/cables.

·       Reinstall NovaLCT and drivers.

·       Check for Windows compatibility issues.
