Monitoring Tab

·       View real-time status of each screen, receiving card, module, and controller.

·       Faulty components highlighted in red; risky in yellow.

Alarm Notifications

·       Configure alarm rules for instant notifications.

·       Review alarm log for historical data.

Remote Diagnosis

·       Select affected screen and run diagnosis tool.

·       Download or review diagnosis report.

LED Detection Log

·       Configure rules to monitor LED faults and view ongoing issues.

Remotely Control Power

·       Use Power Control to turn screens on/off or schedule cycles.

·       Ensure board power and relays are configured correctly.

Playback Problems

·       If screen is on but no content, check if solution is published/downloaded.

·       Verify solution contains valid media in supported format.

·       Adjust brightness and time settings as needed.


VNNOX Screen Recovery Procedures

Prerequisites

·       Screen must be bound to VNNOX Care with backed-up configuration files.

·       Device must be powered and online during recovery.

Web Recovery

·       Go to Monitoring tab, select “Recover via Backup File.”

·       Confirm and restore parameters from backup.

App Recovery

·       In VNNOX Care app, select device, go to “Upgrade & Maintenance > Recovery.”
